稀土元素对AZ31镁合金组织和力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了稀土元素钕、铈、镧三种元素对AZ31镁合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着稀土含量的增加AZ31镁合金的组织得到细化,相应的力学性能也得到了提高。原因是加入稀土元素以后,镁合金中的β相(Mg17Al12)在晶界由连续网状变为断续弥散状分布,由于α(Mg)基体晶粒的细化和β相形貌的改善,合金的力学性能得以提高。

Abstract:The effects of RE on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy were studied in this paper.The experiment results showed that the increase of RE content made AZ31 magnesium alloy be refined,and the corresponding mechanical properties also be increased.The reason was added RE make the net like β phase exit in the grain boundaries became discontinual and dissemination.As a result of crystal grain refinement of α(Mg) matrix and the appearance improvement of β phase,the mechanical properties were improved.
