摘    要:采用Y形喷丝板,以中间相沥青为原料熔纺出Y形纤维,考察了Y形沥青纤维的纺丝特点。实验表明,Y形沥青纤维具有较高的分子取向,其炭化纤维具有较高的力学性能。研究了不溶化恒温时间对Y形炭纤维性能的影响,利用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)分析了纤维的微观结构。

Abstract:A noncircular spinncret was designed to melt - spin Y - shaped mesophase pitch fiber. The spinning charateristics of Y - shaped pitch fibers were invcstigated. The experimental results, indicates that Y - shaped pitch fiber has higher orientation degrce and its carbonizcd fibers has higher mcchanical properties than conventional circular fiber. The effccts of holding time during oxidative stabilization on thc pr0Pcrties of Y - shaped carbon fiber were studied, and the microstructure of fiber was analyzed by SEM.
