| 摘 要： | 水资源短缺已经成为大连市经济发展的制约性因素，通过应用离差系数法对大连市1990—2004年的社会经济和水资源两大类指标进行分析和总体评价，得出大连市水资源和社会经济协调度的耦合情况是由轻度失调向良好协调过渡的，且2004年出现了水资源协调度滞后于社会经济协调度的情况。这一结论恰是大连市不断进行产业结构调整和利用先进的节水技术手段而取得的成果，为今后的水资源优化配置和合理利用提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Water shortage has become Dalian City economic development constraining factors, by application of deviation coeffficient of Dalian City 1990 - 2004, and the socio- economic indicators of water into two major categories bank respectively and the overall evaluation, Dalian City draw water resources and the socio- economic coordination is coupled by mild disorders to the good coordination of the transition, and in 2004 there was a coordinated water behind the coordinated social and economic situation. This conclusion is in Dalian City and ongoing readjustment of the industrial structure and advanced water - saving technology and the results achieved, for the future of the optimal allocation of water resources and rational use for reference. |
