钢筋混凝土预应力管桩承载力确定及完整性检测

摘    要:桩基承载力和完整性直接影响建筑物的正常使用功能和使用寿命,准确确定桩基的承载力和完整性对建筑物的施工具有重要作用。检测中,以建筑基桩检测技术规范和建筑地基基础检测技术规范为依据,通过现场静载试验、高应变和低应变试验对钢筋混凝土预应力管桩的承载力和完整性进行检测,得出以下结论:单桩竖向极限承载力均大于1400kN,所检测的各单桩极限承载力均能满足设计要求。预应力混凝土管桩施工质量易于控制,Ⅰ类桩占比为100%,无Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类桩。

Abstract:The bearing capacity and the extent of integrity of pile foundations directly affects buildings" functions and service life. That's why accurate measurement of bearing capacity and extent of completion is so important in con- struction. This paper records the testing of reinforced concrete prestress pipe piles' bearing capacity and the extent of integrity based on the technical codes of foundation pile testing and foundation base testing. After field static test and high and low strain tests, it turns out that the ultimate vertical bearing capacity of all tested single piles is over 1400kN which can meet the demands of designs; the construction quality of reinforced concrete prestress pipe piles is easy to control; and pile typeIis the only pile in use( no typeⅡorⅢ orⅣ).
