| 摘 要： | 为了满足自动落纱环锭细纱机高速、高效、低噪声、低能耗、全自动的要求,分析了集体落纱细纱机的特点及对锭子的要求,设计了结构改进为双弹性、分体式下轴承、内外锭脚、小锭盘的高速锭子,达到上千套锭子同时拔管与上管时能承受瞬间冲击力,又能立即恢复到原来状态,适用于新一代环锭细纱机。

| Abstract: | In order to keep conformity with the requirement of the ring spinning frame with auto-doffing regarding hi-speed,low noise,low energy consumption and full automation,analysis is done to the spinning frame with auto-doffing regarding its performance,its requirement of the spindle.A hi-speed spindle isdesigned with duo-doffing,detachable down bearing,inner and outer bolster housing and small spindle whirl,which can stand instant impacting force both from pull-out and push-on of the pirns for one thousand spin... |
