以太网的集中式与分布式网络管理时延分析

由于网络中数据流量越来越大 ,分布式网络管理已成为一种趋势。通过把分布式网络管理应用到以太网的网络管理中 ,并与传统的以太网的集中式网络管理进行比较。同时对两种网络管理方式下以太网中的网络管理站和网络结点中的代理进程之间的通信方式进行了详细的分析 ,从中得出了分布式网络管理中以太网主干信道中时延小的结论。进行仿真后的结果表明 ,在相同条件下 ,这种管理方式比集中式网络管理方式在网络时延方面有了较大的改善。

An Analysis of Delay Management of Centralized and Distributed Ethernet Network

Distributed network management has been widely applied to deal with the ever increasing amount of data flow.In this paper,a comparison is presented of the distributed Ethernet network with the conventional Ethernet centralized network in terms of their delay management capacities.Focus is laid on the communications ways the network management station and the agent proceedings in the network node under these two network management ways.We have foud that the delay in the distributed network management is shorter.We have also carried out a simulation.The results of the simulation indicate that,under the same conditions,distributed network has greater advantages over centralized network in dealing with delay management.
