混沌模糊神经网络在导弹故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:在某型导弹测试设备故障诊断神经网络知识库的组建过程中,针对BP算法易陷入局部极小、收敛速度慢的缺点,将混沌机制引入常规模糊神经网络算法,利用混沌机制固有的全局游动,逃出权值优化过程中存在的局部极小点,解决了网络训练易陷入局部极小点的问题.通过算法比较和实例结果分析,表明该算法可以有效、可靠地运用于导弹地面测试设备的故障诊断中,并可方便地应用于其它方面.

Abstract:Chaotic mechanism is introdueed to normal BP algorithm on fault diagnosis of a certain missile testing equipment. in order to overcome the shortcomings that BP algorithm is usually trapped to a local optimum and it has a low speed of convergence weights, according to the advantage of global moving characteristic of chaotic mechanism. This algorithm can effectively and reliably be used in the fault diagnosis of the missile testing equipment by comparing the two algorithms and analyzing the results of real examples. This algorism can also effectively be used in other fields.
