| Abstract: | In this work, it is shown that the addition of detonation nanodiamonds into electrolytes for electrochemical deposition of the alloy of Sn–Pb results in considerable improvement of coating properties such as microhardness, microporosity, soldering ability and throwing power of the electrolytes. |
