低密度聚乙烯生产过程中粘壁现象产生的原因及对策

摘    要:由德国BASELL公司提供的管式法低密度聚乙烯生产工艺;在中国内地已建成并投产数套,在生产过程中,每套装置都出现过粘壁现象。兰州石化公司20万吨/年高压低密度聚乙烯装置(LDPE)自开工以来,曾出现了数次反应粘壁的现象,使装置的小时平均产量比设计值低3-7吨(根据生产牌号)。通过对反应粘壁的深入分析及多次的经验摸索,总结出了一套相应的对策,最大限度的降低了粘壁产生的几率,保证了装置的正常运行。

Abstract:Several LDPE plants which use the Basell tubular technology have been built and put into production in China.During the start-up or normal production,every plant has experienced fouling of the reactor,which makes the decrease of capacity of the plant lower than the design capacity by 3 to 7 tons.Through the analysis of the reasons for fouling of the reactor form different aspects,and on the basis of experience obtained form many years of work in LDPE plant,we work out a series of countermeasures to minimize the possibility of fouling and ensure the stable running of the LDPE plant.
