摘    要:稳健设计是一种面向产品质量的提高产品性能稳健性的一种新方法。具有稳健性的产品(或系统)的质量特性以设计参数和噪声因素的变差影响不敏感。在产品质量设计模型的基础上,介绍稳健设计的概念、基本原理及步骤。以轿车生产为例,分析其可控因素输入对产品质量特性输出的影响,通过对可控因素输入的设计调整,使产品质量特性输出接近于设定目标,产品质量达到稳健设计要求。

Abstract:Robustness designing is a new quality-oriented method used to improve robustness in products. The performance of robust products is not sensitive to the change of the design parameters. A quality enhancing designing model for products is introduced. Controllable variables and uncontrollable variables, two kinds of factors that will affect the quality of products, are analyzed. The concept, principle and method of robustness designing are explained. Using an example in car production, the influence of controllable variables on quality in products is analyzed. By adjusting the controllable variables, the product quality can reach the given goal, and the requirements of robustness designing are satisfied.
