| 摘 要： | 当前高校思想政治工作遇到了很多新问题 ,面临着很多新挑战。要迎接新挑战就要很好地解决这些问题。解决这些问题就要明确“三个代表”重要思想是高校思想政治工作的理论基础 ,明确“三全育人”是高校思想政治工作的重要依据 ,明确队伍建设是高校思想政治工作的保证 ,明确提高人才培养质量是高校思想政治工作的永恒主题。思想明确了 ,认识解决了 ,勇于创新 ,大胆工作 ,高校思想政治工作就一定能收到很好的效果。

| Abstract: | Presently college ideological pursuits have met with many new problems. These problems must be solved well in order to receive new challenges. Therefore we should know clearly that the important theory "Three Representation"is the theoretic basis to the ideological pursuits at colleges; we should also know clearly that"Education in Three Aspects"is the main foundation to the ideological pursuits; that personnel cultivation is the insurance to the ideological pursuits; and that the improvement of the quality in cultivating personnel is an eternal theme. If we make the thoughts clear and fearlessly innovate, the ideological pursuits must get a satisfied effect. |
