军用ATE中GPIB总线故障诊断的应用研究

摘    要:总线是ATE中的关键技术和重要组成部分,随着军用ATE的大量装备,总线故障时有发生,GPIB总线是军用ATE中常用的总线之一.本文首先分析了GPIB总线的故障原因;接着通过总结并结合工程实践,提出了故障定位流程图;最后讨论了常见的故障现象及其原因,重点分析了由于GPIB通信协议配置错误导致的故障现象,并提出了解决措施.

Abstract:Bus is the critical technology and important component in ATE. With military ATE greatly equipped in the troop, the fault of bus in the ATE occurres frequently. GPIB is one of the common bus in military ATE. In this paper, the reason of fault about GPIB was analyzed. Then a fault location flow chart was achieved by sum-up and combined with engineering practice. Finally,frequent fault symptom and its reasons were discussed. Fault symptom owing to GPIB communication agreement mistake was analyzed in detail and the solution was proposed.
