| 摘 要： | 以汽车中控台扶手盖为例,介绍了三次顶出实现塑件脱模的注射模结构,对浇注系统、冷却系统、成型塑件的模具零件、顶出机构和模具工作原理作了详细阐述,简化了模具结构,降低了模具制造成本,提高了生产效率,可为类似复杂塑件的模具设计提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | The structure of an injection mould for an automobile center console handrail cover was stated in which the demoulding of the product was implemented by three-step ejection. The working principle of the mould, the feeding and cooling system, mould components and ejection mechanism were presented. |
