| Abstract: | In accordance with analysis of essence of the selection process and comprehensivestudy of selection indexes, this paper establishes a selection efficiency formula whichcould reasonably judge the technical efficiency of all selection process. The paper alsomakes an intensive discussion on the reasoning of the formula, its theoritecal and practical value as well as its calculation method. |
