| 摘 要： | 加工中心刀库的布置、刀库与主轴的配置影响机械手的动作、抓刀方式、机构的复杂程度、可靠性和换刀时间的长短,进而影响加工中心的工作效率.通过对加工中心换刀的分析和研究,提出了合理布置刀库的方式,以减少自动换刀装置(ATC)的动作和机构的复杂程度,提高加工中心的效率、可靠性和可维护性.
