摘    要:报道了一种激光二极管(LD)端面泵浦10 at.- %掺杂Yb:YAG薄片激光晶体(Φ4×1mm)、LBO腔内倍频的全固态绿光激光器。采用平凹腔结构,在LD泵浦功率为1.37W时,通过调节非线性晶体LBO的放置角度,实现了频率选择,并获得了最高功率为3.1mW的537.8nm的基模连续激光输出,光斑椭圆度为0.94。

Abstract:A laser diode end-pumped 10at.-% doped Yb:YAG microchip crystal,intracavity frequency doubled solid-stated green laser with LBO crystal is reported. Using one plano-concave resonator, with the pump power of 1.37W, frequency selected of nonlinear crystal was realized by tuning the lying angle of LBO. 3.1mW TEM00 continuous wave laser at 537.8 nm was obtained. The ellipticity of the output beam is 0.94.
