FEM Analysis of Axisymmetrical Superplastic Piercing Process

摘    要:In this paper, a superplastic constitutive equation is deduced under the condition of Mises's criterion, and on this basis an FEM fundamental equation for analyzing superplastic materials is derived. The FEM program of axisymmetrical superplaseic deformation SPF1 is set up. The problems of deformation in the axisymmetrical piercing process are analyzed with this program. Finally the deformation regularity of the superplastic hobbing of die cavitcs is analyzed, the result of which will be beneficial to the establishment of relevant process criteria.
