摘    要:由于600MW机组的发电机和集电环转子采用三轴瓦支撑方式,所以其末端轴瓦容易发生振动问题。通过深入分析振动特征,找到了造成振动11号轴瓦振动大的主要原因,并由此制定了消振措施。彻底消除11号轴瓦振动大的问题,证实了振动故障诊断的准确性,消振措施的有效性。

Abstract:Owing to the three-bearing support mode for the generator and collector ring rotors of a 600 MW unit,the terminal bearing bush is liable to vibration.Upon profound analysis of the vibration characteristics,the main reasons for the excess vibration of bearing bush No.11 were found with countermeasures formulated.The problem was solved successfully,proving the accuracy of the vibration fault diagnosis and the efficacy of the countermeasures.
