1000MW超超临界机组脱盐系统的配置与应用

摘    要:超超临界机组对锅炉补给水有很高的水质要求。介绍了1000MW超超临界机组水化学工况特点,三菱公司对其水汽品质控制要求,锅炉补给水处理系统的选择;以国电泰州发电有限公司一期2×1000 MW超超临界燃煤机组为例,介绍了其采用超滤+反渗透预脱盐处理工艺作为预脱盐处理系统的配置情况,其超滤产水SDI为1.23,反渗透出水电导率为3.6μS/cm,除盐率不小于98.7%。实践表明,超滤+反渗透+一级除盐+混床能满足超超临界机组对锅炉补给水的特定水质要求。

Abstract:USC units require higher water quality to boiler make-up water. The paper describes water chemical condition features of 1000 MW USC units, steam-water quality control requirements and boiler make-up treatment system selection of Mitsubishi Company. Taking 2~ 1000 MW USC coal- fired units of Guadian Taizhou Limited Company, phase I as an example, it also introduces super-filtering + anti-seepage pre-desalting procedure used for pre-desalting treatment system, whose super-filtered water SDI is 1.23, anti-seepage output water conductivity 3.6 pμS/cm, and desahing proportion less than 98.7%. The practice proves super-filtering + anti-seepage + primary desalting'+ mixed-bed can meet special water quality requirements for USC boiler make-up.
