基于虚拟样机技术的电传动履带车辆特殊运动性能仿真

摘    要:为了评估电传动履带车辆的性能,采用虚拟样机技术建立了20 t级履带车辆的电机驱动系统模型和车辆动力学模型,构建了机一电联合仿真模型。进行了中心转向、通过崖壁和壕沟等特殊运动的仿真评估,结果表明:车辆性能达到了设计要求,采用联合仿真的方法为电传动履带车辆的性能预测和评估奠定了技术基础。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the performance of electric transmission tracked vehicle,models of motor driving system and dynamics of the 20 ton tracked vehicle were constructed by virtual prototyping,which compose the model of mechanical-electric collaborative simulation.Special movements such as central steering,overpassing cliff and entrenchment were simulated and evaluated.The results show that performance of vehicle can meet designed demand,the method of collaborative simulation settles the technique basis for ...
