| 摘 要： | 长江洪水峰高量大、历时长,利用蓄滞洪区有计划地分蓄洪水,是保障重点地区防洪安全的重要措施之一。分析了三峡工程投运后,长江蓄滞洪区的作用,提出要根据防洪形势的变化,动态研究长江超额洪量;要考虑三峡工程建设运行后的新的情况,合理布局长江流域蓄滞洪区;按照使用几率,分洪效果及其重要性进行蓄滞洪区分类及建设。
