| 摘 要： | 文献[1]提出了工序连接系统优化设计的思想，文献[2]用确切的数学公式表达了这种思想，但该公式的计算十分复杂和困难；本文找到一种好的算法．可大大减少该公式的计算量，使文献日提出的工序连接系统优化设计的思想真正地应用于实际；同时解决了相互不独立的各种维修问题应用公式（1）的计算；并以北京内燃机集团公司一厂的产品F6L912／913曲轴的生产线为例进行了试验，取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | The idea for Optimal Design of Processes - Articu1ation System is presented in reference[1], the mathematic formula for the idea is given in reference[2], however the calculation for this formula is very complex and difficulty. A new algorithm for this formula is introduced, by which the calculation is greatly simplifed. Sometimes formula (1) is used to solve various mulual - dependent types of maintenance problems.At last, an example (F6L 912/913 acrankshaft production line in No. 1 Beijing Internal -Combustion Engine Group Company) is cited with good results. |
