摘    要:本文通过正交试验研制了由磨细矿渣与粉煤灰及其它矿物微粉组成的新型复合矿渣微粉。与磨细纯矿渣、粉煤灰相比,掺入水泥与混凝土中其性能更加优良,叠加效应更加显著,且成本降低,具体良好的市场应用前景。试验表明,复合矿渣微粉在30%-60%各掺量水平下取代水泥,其混凝土性能改善,并有且于混凝土强度与耐久性的提高。

Abstract:The compound slag admixture,a new kind cement replacement material,is the ground granulated blast furnace slag with the combination of ground fly ash and other kinds mineral.Each constituent's optimization percentage in the combination was explored by a orthogonal design test.Compared with the ground slage and fly ash,the compound mineral admixture introduced in this paper has better performance and lower manufacture costs so it has well market prospects.The experimental results show that the concrete incorporating the compound slag admixture have preferable strength and long-time durability,and the proportion of compound slag admixture in the concrete ranged from 30 to 60 percent of the total cementitious materials.
