| 摘 要： | 以咔唑为原料 ,经碘代、N 烷基化、取代三步反应合成了 3,6 双 (二苯胺基 ) 9 乙基咔唑(Ⅲ )。咔唑与ICl按 m(咔唑 )∶ m(ICl) =1∶2 ,在 80℃进行碘代 ,反应 3h ,制取了 3,6 二碘代咔唑 (Ⅰ ) ,产率 6 1% ;中间产物Ⅰ与溴乙烷按m (Ⅰ )∶V(C2 H5Br) =8 5g∶2 5mL ,以DMSO为溶剂 ,在过量固体KOH存在下 ,80℃ ,反应 2h ,制备了 3,6 二碘代 9 乙基咔唑 (Ⅱ ) ,产率 40 % ;中间产物Ⅱ与二苯胺在铜粉和K2 CO3 催化剂存在下 ,m (Ⅱ )∶m (铜粉 )∶m (K2 CO3) =2 9∶0 2∶1 5 ,以硝基苯为溶剂 ,在 2 0 8℃回流 10h ,合成了最终产物Ⅲ ,产率 70 %。

| Abstract: | 3,6-Bis(diphenylamino)-9-ethylcarbazole (Ⅲ) was synthesized from carbazole by iodination,N-alkylation and substitution.Iodination of carbazole by Icl with mass ratio m(carbazole)∶m(Icl)=1∶2 in absolute alcohol gave 3,6-diiodo carbazole(Ⅰ) in 61% yield.Alkylation of Ⅰ by C2H5Br with ratio m(Ⅰ)∶V(C2H5Br)=8.5 g∶2.5 mL in DMSO in the presence of excess solid KOH at 80 ℃ for 2 h gave 3,6-diiodo-9-ethylcarbazole(Ⅱ) in 40% yield.Reaction of Ⅱ and diphenyl amine catalyzed by Cu and K2CO3 with mass ratio m(Ⅱ)∶m(Cu)∶m(K2CO3)=2.9∶0.2∶1.5 and refluxed in nitrobenzene at 208 ℃ for 10 h gave the final product Ⅲ in 70% yield. |
