聚氨酯涂层的水下吸声性能研究

摘    要:以聚氨酯为涂层基体,研究了石墨作为填料对涂层吸声性能的影响。实验结果表明石墨改变涂层密度,提高涂层的吸声系数。合成了高性能的吸声涂层,该涂层随着水压增加,涂层的吸声系数增加。水压在3MPa时,平均吸声系数达87.6%。

Abstract:The effects of graphite on absorption coefficient of anechoic coating with PU as the coating matrix were discussed. The result indicated that the sound absorption performance was influenced by the dosage of the graphite. The higher the hydraulic pressure, the better the sound absorption performance that the coating was gained. When the hydraulic pressure was 3MPa, the average absorption coefficient was 87.6%.
