梯度涂层高炉风口的涂层梯度方程选择

摘    要:采用有限元分析软件研究了具有不同梯度方程的梯度涂层高炉风口温度及应力的分布状况。结果表明:梯度涂层能够明显改变高炉风口的温度分布,缓和了涂层与基体接合界面处的应力。组成分布规律指数P=1时,涂层中应力缓和效果明显且应力值较小,从而确定最优涂层梯度方程为c=x/5。

Abstract:The temperature distribution and stress distribution of gradient coating blast furnace tuyere with different gradient equations have been studied by using finite element analysis software. Analysis result indicate that using gradient coating can remarkably change the temperature distribution of blast furnace tuyere and relax the stress at the interface between coating and copper matrix. The obvious stress relaxation effect in the coating and less stress can be obtained when the composition distribution law exponent p is equal to 1, thereby the determined best coating gradient equation is c = x/5 .
