利用Aspen Plus对粉煤气化与水煤浆气化过程的模拟分析

摘    要:基于Aspen Plus模拟软件,建立了粉煤气化和水煤浆气化过程模拟的模型,选择反应平衡模型以及合适的反应模块,应用Gibbs自由能最小化方法分别对宁夏宁东矿区的三种煤进行气化模拟,参照实际生产指标建立模型,将模拟计算的结果与实际生产中所产粗煤气组分进行比较,结果吻合较好。故该模型对于指导实际生产及预测煤种气化产物具有一定的意义。

Abstract:The powdered coal and coal water slurry gasification simulation models are established based on Aspen Plus simulation software.The appropriate reaction equilibrium model and reaction modules were selected.The Gibbs free energy minimization method is applied for three kinds of coals from Ningdong minefield in Ningxia.The parameters of the models were set according to actual operating conditions.The simulation results accorded with the actual constituent content of synthesis gas from industrial production.So this simulation model can be used to direct production and predict coal gasification products.
