摘    要:传统的并条机一般采用继电接触式逻辑控制系统 ,改变工艺参数时 ,需对相应零部件进行调整 ,灵活性与适应性较差。而采用可编程控制器及变频器 ,可实现电机的无级调速和工艺的柔性调整 ,极为方便。

Abstract:The electrical control system of conventional high-speed draw frame is usually made of the logical control circuit comprised of relays and contactors . When the process parameters are changed, the relevant electrical or mechanical parts have to be adjusted accordingly,thus the flexibility and adaptability is not satisfying. We use PLC,frequency converter to realize throttle governor of the motor ,gain flexible regulation of the drawing process and improve the production efficiency and poduct quality.
