摘    要:介绍了一种无刷直流电机的高精度速度控制系统,以高性能DSP和CPLD为核心控制元件,采用软件锁相环技术实现了对电机转速的高精度控制。经实际测量,电机在较宽转速范围内均能进入相位锁定状态,其反馈转速的转子位置传感器输出的脉冲信号能稳定跟踪给定基准信号,达到同频和接近于同相,且转速稳定精度高。试验表明,该系统实用性强,具有较高的工程应用价值。

Abstract:A precise speed control system of brushless DC motor(BLDCM) is presented.The proposed system uses high performance digital signal processor (DSP) and complex programmable logic device(CPLD) as its core control component, software phase-locked loop technique is adopted to obtain precise control of motor speed.According to the measurement, the motor can get into phase-locked state in a wide speed range,and its speed feedback pulse which produced by rotor sensor can trail reference pulse stably and accurately,to achieve the same frequency and nearly the same phase.The experimental result shows that the system is practical and valuable in engineering.
