| 摘 要： | 针对山西焦化股份有限公司干熄焦装置运行模式的实际情况,比较了调整运行模式的两种方案,最终采用1台推焦车配两台电机车的运行模式。分析了干熄焦装置试运行中存在的废水处理及装焦除尘等问题,介绍了采取的措施。建议独立焦化企业应慎重选择干熄焦技术。

| Abstract: | Two collocation modes of adding a new electric locomotive and adding a coke pushing car were compared based on the present CDQ operation mode of Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd., and the decision was to adopt one coke pushing car plus two electric locomotives. Problems concerning wastewater treatment and coke charging/dust removal that occurred during trial operation were probed into and countermeasures adopted were presented. It was suggested that independent eoking enterprises should be prudent in selecting the CDQ technology. |
