轴流风机喘振分析及预防

摘    要:从理论上对轴流风机喘振现象进行分析,得出结论,即通风系统阻力增加是轴流风机发生喘振的根本原因,指出由于风机特性的不同及本身的故障诱发的喘振,并进一步分析了引起通风阻力的原因及预防措施,以及风机发生喘振后的处理。

Abstract:By analyzing the surging phenomenon of axial flow fan theoretically, it can be concluded that the increase of the resistance of ventilation system is the fundamental reason of the surge of axial flow fan. Besides, this paper did a brief analysis about the surge caused by the difference of fan characteristics and the fault of axial flow fan itself. Finally, the reasons leading to the increase of flow resistance and the preventive measures as well as the treatment after surging occurs were further analysed.
