摘    要:文中针对电信基站数量规模不断扩大,尤其是3G基站的快速扩张,而一线维护人员并未相应增加的情况下,各电信营运商可以通过完善的基站动环监控系统与网络优化常用的Mapinfo软件相结合,将基站蓄电池容量等基础数据导入Mapinfo电子地图中,并按照基站话务量、蓄电池支撑时间等进行了等级划分,更加形象、直观、快捷地帮助维护人员进行日常抢修,高效调度人员,最终实现了降低基站断站率,提升用户对网络质量的感知度。

Abstract:In view of the increasing of the number of the telecommunication base station, especially the rapid expansion of the 3G base station, but the first-line maintenance personnel is not corresponding increasing, the telecommunications operators could combined the perfect power and environmental monitoring system of the base station with Mapinfo software commonly used in the network optimization, and import the capacity data of base station battery and other base data into the digital map of Mapinfo, and take grade classification according to the base station traffic and the battery support time, more vividly, intuitively and quickly help maintenance personnel for the routine maintenance and repair, high effectively dispatch the personnel, ultimately reduce the rate of broken station, enhance the user perception of network quality.
