恒流静压导轨性能分析

摘    要:以流体动力润滑理论为基础,建立在高速重载工况下的恒流静压导轨的数学模型,通过有限差分和超松弛迭代的数学方法求解Reynolds,在求解过程中考虑到支承面的弹性形变,通过对油腔各物理参数的计算与比较,参照在高速重载特殊工况下的边界条件,得出:当压力值超过一定值后,支承面的弹性变形将影响到油膜特性;当速度一定时,供油流量低于某一值后将在速度方向的封油边出现吸油现象,严重影响导轨运动稳定性。

Constant Flow Hydrostatic Guideway Performance Analysis

Abstract:Based on the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication,the paper established a mathematical model of constant flow hydrostatic guideways under high speed and heavy load conditions.It used the mathematical method of finite difference and the super relaxation iteration to solve Reynolds.Considering the elastic deformation of bearing surface in the process of solving,Through calculation and comparison of various physical parameters of the oil cavity,referring to the boundary conditions under the conditions of the high speed and heavy load,the paper concluded that when the pressure exceeds a certain value,The supporting surface of the elastic deformation will affect the oil film characteristics;when the speed is constant,the oil flow rate below a certain value suction will appear in the direction of velocity of oil seal edges,which will seriously affect the stability of the guide.
