关于电力系统自产文献数据库的问题及对策

介绍电力系统收录自产文献的各种数据库,指出《电力自产文献数据库》的不足,并通过调查湖北省电力试验研究院2003年以后自产文献的收藏情况,提出应该建设省级电力系统自产文献数据库,将分散在省公司所属单位以及个人手里的自产文献集中进行科学化管理,防止自产文献的大量流失,充分开发和利用自产文献的价值,实现电力科技信息资源的增值服务。

Problems of the Power System-grown Literature Database and Its Countermeasures
