模糊自寻优控制系统及工业应用

摘    要:针对复杂工业过程中普遍存在的优化控制量无法直接检测问题,提出了一个运用模糊自寻优控制的解决方法,该方法将控制系统分为由模糊自适应PID控制构成级与由模糊自寻优和模糊异常两个推理子系统构成的监控极,着重介绍了模糊自寻优推理子系统的构成方法,该系统已应用于中储式制粉系统,取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:Direct the ubiquitous problem in complex industry process that the optimizing control measures can not be detected directly,a method using fuzzy self optimizing control is put forward.Use this method,control system is divided into two levels:the control level that formed from fuzzy self adaptive PID control and the monitoring level that formed from two reasoning sub systems of fuzzy self optimizing and fuzzy abnormity,In this paper,the formation method of fuzzy self adaptive reasoning sub system is introduced emphatically.This system has applied in middle storage powder system,and has gained notable economic bendfits.
