| 摘 要： | 通过对熔融石英性质的简要介绍，分析了激光加工石英材料的可行性，初步探讨了激光切割的熔化表面、熔化面和熔化层的形成机理，并结合实验研究。分析了激光切割石英的典型表面形貌。这对理解激光加工熔融石英过程，控制加工质量有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | After introducing the characteristics of fused quartz crystals simply,the paper analyzed the possibility of cutting fused quartz crystals with laser beam,discussed the principles of forming the melt surface and the melt front and melt layer at first,and explained the typical surface appearance of laser beam cutting fused quartz crystals on the base of lots of the experiments.This study is of great significance to improve the surface fused quality of laser cutting materials in sense. |
