日光温室黄瓜中吡虫啉的残留及消解动态研究

摘    要:目的 确保吡虫啉农药在日光温室黄瓜中的安全使用,为吡虫啉在日光温室黄瓜中的合理用药建议及其在农产品中的安全使用提供依据。方法 按照新版《农作物中农药残留试验准则》中的施药剂量、次数、施药间隔,于2020年在山东寿光开展日光温室黄瓜的最终残留和消解动态实验。利用QuEChERS前处理技术与高效液相色谱-串联质谱结合研究日光温室黄瓜中吡虫啉的最终残留及消解动态。结果 吡虫啉在日光温室黄瓜中的消解动态的动力学曲线方程为C=0.0286e-0.262t,R2=0.6243,半衰期为2.65 d;最终残留试验中,7 d、10 d日光温室黄瓜吡虫啉的残留浓度平均分别是0.0148、<0.01 mg/kg。结论 在符合新版《农作物中农药残留试验准则》的施药方法下,吡虫啉在日光温室黄瓜中的残留量小于国家规定的最大残留限量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the residues of imidacloprid in cucumber under solar greenhouse, and to study the digestion dynamics. Methods According to the dose, times and intervals of pesticide application in the new Guideline for the testing of pesticide residues in crops, the final residue and digestion dynamic experiments of solar greenhouse cucumbers were carried out in Shouguang, Shandong province in 2020. The final residues of imidacloprid in solar greenhouse cucumbers were studied by QuEChERS pretreatment technology and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Results The dynamic curve equation of the digestion dynamics of imidacloprid in solar greenhouse cucumbers was C=0.0286e-0.262t, R2=0.6243, T1/2=2.65 d. The average residual concentration of imidacloprid in solar greenhouse cucumbers on 7, 10 d in final residue test were 0.0148 mg/kg and less than 0.01 mg/kg. Conclusion Under the new Guideline for the testing of pesticide residues in crops application method of this study, the residue of imidacloprid in solar greenhouse cucumbers is less than the maximum residue limit set by the country.
