摘    要:目的:建立了白酒中氰化物能力验证的可靠检测方法。方法:分别采用分光光度法、流动注射法和气相色谱法对白酒中氰化物进行测定。分光光度法选定的浓度0.01-0.2mg/L线性范围,流动注射法、气相色谱法选定浓度0.002-0.1mg/L区间内对白酒考核样中的氰化物进行测定和加标试验,并分析了3种方法对考核样测定的准确度和影响因素。结果:采用分光光度法、流动注射法和气相色谱法均能获得理想的检测结果, 其最低检出限分别为0.004mg/L、0.001mg/L和0.001mg/L,均能达到检测的要求,但操作的难易程度各不相同,且对样品前处理有严格要求。结论:采用分光光度法、流动注射法和气相色谱法测定白酒考核样中的氰化物,均能达到检测要求,但需要严格控制检测前处理步骤和方法

Abstract:Objective: To establish a reliable detection method for cyanide in liquor. Methods: Cyanide in white wine was determined by spectrophotometry, flow injection and gas chromatography. The linear range of concentration 0.01-0.2mg/L selected by spectrophotometry, and the range of concentration 0.002-0.1mg/L selected by flow injection and gas chromatography were used to determine cyanide in liquor samples, and the accuracy and influencing factors of the three methods were analyzed. Results: Spectrophotometry, flow injection and gas chromatography can obtain ideal detection results, and their minimum detection limits are 0.004mg/L, 0.001mg/L and 0.001mg/L respectively, all of which can meet the detection requirements, but the difficulty of operation varies, and there are strict requirements for sample pretreatment. Conclusion: Spectrophotometry, flow injection and gas chromatography can all meet the detection requirements, but it is necessary to strictly control the pretreatment steps and methods before detection Keywords: cyanide; Liquor; Blind sample examination
