摘    要:糖尿病已成为危害人类生命健康的慢性疾病之一,截至到2019年,我国糖尿病患者已高达1.164亿,每年因糖尿病而导致的死亡人数约为83.4万。而乳酸菌对糖尿病具有较好的治疗效果,本文从乳酸菌降糖机理入手,分析了乳酸菌在糖尿病的作用效果,综合概括了当前国内外乳酸菌的降糖进展及其应用于临床糖尿病治疗的研究,展望了乳酸菌在食品研发中的现状与前景,为未来乳酸菌类食品的发展与糖尿病的治疗提供理论支持与思考。

Abstract:Diabetes has become one of the chronic diseases endangering human life and health. By 2019, the number of patients with diabetes in China has reached 116.4 million, and the deaths caused by diabetes is about 834 thousand every year. Lactobacillus has a significant effect on the treatment of diabetes, This paper starts with the hypoglycemic mechanism of Lactobacillus, analyzing the effects of lactobacillus in diabetes, summarizing the researchSprogress of hypoglycemic properties and the application in the treatment of diabetes at home and abroad, prospecting the current situation and prospect of lactic acid bacteria in food processing. ThisSarticle provides theoretical support and thinking for the development of lactobacillus and the treatment of diabetes in the future.
