微波燃烧法制备不球磨CaAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+蓝色长余辉材料

摘    要:向体系内添加分散剂、燃烧剂、发泡剂和矿化剂,采用微波燃烧法于家用微波炉内一步制备了不球磨的铝酸钙铕镝蓝色长余辉材料.XRD分析表明,相纯度较高,晶粒尺寸为约41.5nm.FS结果显示,产品有264.1nm和324.8nm 2个激发峰;发射峰位于441.2nm,余辉时间达数小时.该方法具有反应时间短,合成温度低,产物发光亮度好,不用球磨就能得到粉体的优点.

Abstract:Dispersant,comburent,frother,and mineralizer were added in the system successively.The non-grinding long afterglow material CaAl2O4:Eu~(2 ),Dy~(3 ) was prepared by combusting in home microwave oven directly.XRD analysis showed that the powders were nearly pure CaAl_2O_4 with very little other phases,the size of the grain was 41.5nm.FS results indicated that there were 2 excitation peaks marked 264.1nm and 324.8nm,and the emission peak located at 441.2nm,afterglow lasted up to several hours.Microwave combustion-frothing method needs less time,low temperature and no grinding process,and the material has good luminescent property.
