Overview of the 1-butene production process and application

Corresponding to the different processing technologies in Butane producing, there are two mainly methods-mixed C4 separation method and chemical synthesis method. This paper gives an overall introduction about various production routes in 1- Butane producing as well as the development and application of downstream products at home and abroad at present. Also, this paper provides the selection of 1-Butane production routes and corresponding design ideas. Meanwhile, some proposals relating to the future directions and comprehensive utilizations on 1-Butane of China are offered in this paper.
