摘    要:山钢股份莱芜分公司炼铁厂采用“大风量、高动能活跃炉缸”的送风制度,通过提高顶压、降低煤气流速、适当疏松边缘、稳定煤气流等措施,平均鼓风动能提高1000kg·m/s,增强了高炉抗波动能力,实现了产能快速调整需求,并取得了燃耗520kg/t、焦比340k砂、煤比180kg/t的较好技术经济指标。

Abstract:The Ironmaking Plant of Laiwu Branch Company of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Adopted blasting system of "large blasting and high kinetic energy for active hearth". Through adopting some measures included increasing top pressure, decreasing gas flow velocity, properly loosening sides, stabilizing gas stream, the average blasting kinetic energy was increased by 1 000 kg·m/s, strengthening resistance wave ability of BF and achieving the speed adjustment of production capacity. The well economics and technical indexes of fuel consumption of 520 kg/t, coke rate of 340 kg/t and coal rate of 180 kg/t were achieved.
