| Abstract: | The activated carbon can be used as adsorbent well. It has a high significance in environmental management. Both the surface properties and the pore structure of activated carbon determines its performance. Through the pore structure regulation and surface modification its adsorption performance can be improved. This article outlined the various treatment methods of pore structure regulation and surface modification of activated carbon, At the same time,the future development was also pointed out. |
