宁夏电力通信综合网管系统的设计与实现

摘    要:通过协议转换层把电力通信网络系统、通信子系统、通信电路、通信设备运行状态、电源及环境设备的管理功能由统一的协议接入到同一管理平台,实现电力通信综合网管系统有效的集中管理,提高了通信网运行质量与效率.提出SDH、PCM、SAT以及其他网管等网元网管接入到综合网管系统的协议转换方案,实现各类通信设备的顺利接入,为类似项目的再执行提供了方法.该综合管理系统投运以来,运行稳定,实现了设计目标,提高了宁夏电力通信网的维护质量和运行管理水平,确保了宁夏电网的安全稳定运行.

Abstract:Using the integrated function of monitoring, controlling and managing, power telecommunication network management system is integrated with uniform protocol; the centralized management mode increased running quality and efficiency of communication network. In the project, the method of the protocol-transformation is applied for the subsystem such as SDH, PCM, SAT and others, all the communications equipments are connected to the IPTNS successfully, it can provide preference to other project. The IPTNS is running steadily from the start. It improved the maintenance efficiency and quality of telecommunication network, and make assurance for safety and stability of Ningxia electric power network.
