摘    要:航迹高度跳变是空管监视技术中经常出现的问题,在多雷达跟踪和数据融合中造成信号丢失和冲突告警.针对此类故障,通过分析其形成原因,提出3种改进方案:一、以各航迹的距离和方位的权值为基础,运用统计学原理判定信号质量,进行动态权值分配;二、改变盲区筛选条件以保持航迹信号可信度;三、同时采用α-β滤波算法中的记忆功能,扩大了自动化系统判别的信息依据.基于此3种改进方案,调整了自动化系统跟踪及数据融合方式.经过测试平台验证,问题得到解决,证明了改进方案的可行性.

Abstract:Track height hopping is often happened in air traffic control surveillance technology, causing signal loss and con- flict alerts on multi radar tracking and data fusion. For this type of failure, this paper analyzes the causes, and puts forward three schemes to improve: to decide the signal quality by using statistical theory and distribute the dynamic weight based on the weight of track distance and orientation, to change the blind filter criteria to track signal credibility, and to expand the discriminant information on automation system by using the memory funcion in the α-β filtering algorithm. The above three schemes can adjust the automation system tracking and data fusion method. Tested by the verification platform, the problem is solved in the end. Therefore, the improvement method is feasible.
