HSPA 差异化服务的研究

摘    要:从3G视频监控业务入手,对用户的优先接入和保证带宽进行了研究,提出了为保证端到端的QoS,从发射端到接收端的所有网络设备需要精密合作.用户在业务签约时定义高优先级并且存储在HLR中.当用户发送一个业务请求时,核心网根据签约信息与无线网、UE进行协商.协商成功后所有的网元节点会获取一组满足业务的QoS参数.基于这些参数,无线网进行优先级映射,启动准入控制和拥塞控制算法,分配无线资源给该用户提供服务.当所有的网元节点都满足了用户业务的QoS要求,该用户就能够实现优先接入和带宽保证,享受专线化的差异服务.

Abstract:Beginning from 3G video monitoring service, study is done in priority access and bandwidth assurance of users. In order to ensure QoS from end to end, the precision cooperation of all devices between transmitting end and receiving end is essential. Every user is given a priority at the time of signing contract with providers, and all the information about user' s contract is stored in HLR. Whenever a user requires a service, the core network will negotiate with radio network and UE according to the contract information that use has signed. After that the network element will obtain a series of parameters of QoS for this service. Based on these parameters, radio network will obtain its priority mapping, start up admission control and congestion control algorithm, and allocate radio resource for this service. As long as all network elements can meet the requirement of QoS for this service, the user can acquire the priority access, bandwidth assurance and differential service like a leased line.
