紫外成像仪在电力设备缺陷检测的应用研究

摘    要:采用针-板间隙产生极不均匀场,施加一定的电压使针产生稳定的电晕放电,分析了紫外光子数与距离、增益的关系;然后进行了零值、污秽绝缘子及均压环安装不牢、导线“断股”等缺陷的模拟试验。试验结果表明,利用紫外成像仪能对这些缺陷进行有效的检测,值得进一步深入研究紫外成像仪在电力设备缺陷检测的应用。

Abstract:By using needle-plank gap to produce the severe non-uniform field and generate steady corona discharge under certain voltage,the relationships between the number of UV photons,instrument gain and photograph distance were studied in this paper.Then the simulation experiments about faulty insulator, contamination insulator,improper installation of corona ring and strands break of line were carried out.The experiment results show that these faults could be detected by UV imaging detector,so the application of UV imaging detector in power equipment flaws detection is deserved to be researched deeply in the future.
