硫酸双氢链霉素中硼的ICP-MS法测定

摘    要:研究了用ICP—MS法~4测定]硫酸双氢链霉素中的硼时,共存物质链霉胍、硫酸链霉素,以及共存离子Li,Be,K,Na,Ca,Mg硼测定的影响。结果表明,此方法的精密度好,RSD<2.0%,回收率在90.0%~98.0%,结果满意。

Abstract:Determination of boron in streptomycin-sulphate by ICP-MS is studied.Effects of coexistence substance,such as streptidine,streptomycin sulphate and Li,Be,K,Na,Ca,Mg,on determination of boron are examined.The results showed that recoveries of the method is in the range of 90.0% to 98.0%,and RSD is lower than 2.0%.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
