摘    要:通过H13钢热浸铝试验研究了纯铝、YL112合金及YL102合金熔体的压铸焊合特性,结果表明:H13模具钢在纯铝熔体中热浸形成了Fe2Al5、FeAl3金属间化合物相层,热浸YL112、YL102合金熔体形成了FeSiAl3、Fe2Al5金属间化合物相层,YL112、YL102合金熔体中的Si元素能够抑制热浸组织中金属间化合物层的快速生长,减弱熔体与模具钢间的相互作用,使YL112、YL102合金与压铸模具间的焊合倾向降低。

Abstract:The paper focused on the die-casting welding-on properties of pure aluminum, YL112 and YL102 al oy melt with the experiment of hot dip aluminizing on H13 die steel.On the basis of the experiment, Fe2 Al5 and FeAl3 IMC layer was formed in pure aluminum melt during hot dipping; FeSiAl3 and Fe2 Al5 IMC layer was formed in YL112 and YL102 al oy melt during hot dipping.Si in the aluminum al oy melt can inhibit rapid growth of IMC in hot-dip microstructure, decrease the interaction between the melt and die steel, reduce the welding-on between aluminum al oy and die casting die.
