基于响应表面法的550kV GIS隔离开关中的结构优化设计

摘    要:利用有限元方法,首先计算了550 kV GIS隔离开关中的电场分布。进一步引进了响应表面方法,实现了响应表面方法与有限元的结合,完成了550 kV GIS隔离开关中的电场优化设计。优化的结果表明,550 kV GIS隔离开关中的电场经过优化后,分布更加均匀,1 min 740 kV工频耐压、1 675 kV的雷电冲击和1 300 kV的操作冲击试验、完全达到国家标准,符合设计要求。同时提高了产品运行的可靠性。

Abstract:The electric field distribution in 550 kV disconnector of GIS was investigated by using the Finite Element Method,in this paper.And the optimization of electric field distribution in 550 kV disconnector was attained,based on the Response Surface Method and the Finite Element Method.The results revealed that a uniform electric field distribution is achievable in 550 kV disconnector of GIS.The conclusion was attained that power frequency withstand voltage of 740 kV for 1 minute,lightning impulse of 1 675 kV,and switching impulse of 1 300 kV meet the requirements of the national standard.The structure design and the reliability of the optimized disconnector were improved.
